Is Briefi just a notetaker?
It takes notes, and that is where it starts. Briefi also prepares you before the meeting, drafts the follow-up, sends forms and gets them signed, and keeps all of it on the client’s record.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in Sydney, and some processing uses providers overseas. Briefs, recaps, transcripts and connector credentials are encrypted with your workspace’s own key.
Does a bot join my calls?
Only if you want one to. Briefi can send a notetaker into your video call, or you can record in the browser for a meeting in your office. You choose per meeting.
Can clients sign on their phone?
Yes. Forms open on your own subdomain and work in a phone browser, with no app to install. Co-signers each get their own link, and the signed copy is kept as a timestamped PDF/A.
Can I start with Meetings and add Advisor later?
Yes. Advisor includes everything in Meetings and Sign, so moving up keeps your meetings, contacts and history in the same workspace.
How long is the free trial?
